Questions, answered.

The things people tend to ask us before signing anything.

01

Engagement

How long does a typical build take?

Timelines are published per service and confirmed in your Statement of Work. Websites ship in 7–10 days, Integrations & automation in 7–14, Client portals and Commerce in 14–21, Internal systems in 15–25, and Web applications in 20–30. You'll get a real timeline in writing, not a guess.

Do you work fixed-price or hourly?

Fixed price for defined builds — you know the number before we start. Monthly retainers for ongoing work (Maintain, Support or Evolve). We don't do open-ended hourly work; it's bad for both sides.

What's the minimum project size?

Websites start at $3,200, Integrations & automation at $3,500, Client portals and Commerce at $7,000, Internal systems at $9,000, and Web applications at $12,000. Every price is confirmed after a short scoping call. Full breakdown lives on the Pricing page.

Can we start small and add scope later?

Yes — most engagements do. We scope the first release tightly, ship it, then evolve it under a retainer or a fresh fixed-price phase. Nothing about how we work locks you in.

What does the process look like?

Five steps, same every time: Intake (short form, reply within one working day), Short call (scope, timeline, number), Fixed quote (written, you approve), Build (weekly demo, live staging URL from week one), Handover (source, docs, training, 30 days of post-launch tuning included).

02

Pricing & payment

What are your payment terms?

Fixed projects run 50 / 50 by default — deposit on signing, balance on delivery. Retainers invoice on the 1st of the month. Invoices are payable within 14 days.

Which currencies do you invoice in?

USD, AED, GBP or EUR. Pick your currency using the toggle in the header or at the top of the Pricing page — every price on the site updates live.

Do you offer monthly retainers after launch?

Yes. Maintain is $800/mo (Websites and Integrations), Support is $2,000/mo (Client portals and Commerce), Evolve is $4,000/mo (Internal systems and Web applications). All retainers are 30-day rolling — cancel anytime.

Is there a contract?

Every engagement is covered by a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work. Full IP transfers to you on final payment.

03

Ownership & handover

Who owns the code and design?

You do. Full IP for anything built specifically for you transfers on final payment. We keep a licence to the standard tools and frameworks used to make it — that's normal commercial practice, and it's spelled out plainly in the MSA.

What do we get at handover?

Source repo, design files, an architecture document, credentials for third-party services, training, and a short recorded walkthrough. Enough for another competent team to pick it up cleanly.

Can our team take over after launch?

Yes. Handover is designed for exactly that. Plenty of clients end up doing a hybrid — their team runs day-to-day, we handle the harder changes on retainer.

What happens if something breaks after launch?

Every build includes a 30-day tuning window at no extra cost for genuine defects. Beyond that, a Maintain, Support or Evolve retainer covers priority response, monitoring and ongoing work. Without one we'll still answer — just not on guaranteed timing.

04

Stack & hosting

What do you build with?

TypeScript across the stack, React on the front end, Postgres for data, edge/serverless for the backend. Boring, well-supported technology that another team can hire against. We pick what fits your problem, not what's fashionable this quarter.

Do you host what you build?

By default we deploy to reputable managed platforms in your name, on your accounts, so the infrastructure is yours. If you'd rather we ran it for you, that's covered under a Support or Evolve retainer.

How do you handle auth, data and integrations?

Auth uses proven identity providers, not hand-rolled password systems. Data lives in Postgres with row-level security. Integrations go through documented APIs with retries, monitoring and clear failure modes — not one-off scripts held together with tape.

05

Working together

Where are you based and what timezone?

We're based in the UAE (GST, UTC+4). We work regularly with clients across Europe, the UK and MENA, and overlap comfortably with US East Coast mornings.

How do we communicate during a build?

A shared channel (Slack or equivalent), a written weekly update, a live staging URL from week one, and a short weekly demo. No status meetings for the sake of them.

How do we get started?

Fill in the short intake form. We reply within one working day with next steps and a fixed quote.

Didn't find your answer?
