The Website tells people you exist. The System runs the business. If your problem is that nobody can find you, buy the website. If your problem is that everything lives in WhatsApp, three spreadsheets and someone's memory, the website won't touch it.

Yes, and we'll credit the full AED 10,000 against The System for twelve months. What we won't do is pretend the website is phase one of the system — it isn't. It's built from our layouts, it doesn't store records, and the system's public site is built from scratch around what's behind it.

Because the expensive part was never the pages you can see. Five days of design work is five days of design work. A system that decides what's available, what it costs, what happens next and who's allowed to see it is a different order of thing.

Ten working days from kickoff, with the public site live by day three so you can see it's real before the balance falls due. Fixed scope is what makes it possible, and we build one system at a time. Changes outside the scope document don't fit in ten days and we'll say so at the time rather than after.

For The Website, yes — outright, at handover. For The System, you own everything it holds: your data, your content, your domain, exportable at any time including after you leave. The code stays ours and is licensed to you while the Service Plan runs, with a buyout fixed at AED 100,000 and stated in your scope document before signature. If you'd rather own The System's code from day one, say so at the start and we'll quote an outright build.

On The Website, yes — there isn't one unless you want it. You host the site on your own account by default; if you'd rather we hosted it for you, managed hosting is AED 500/month, opt-in and cancellable any time. On The System, no: your licence depends on it, and the system needs hosting, patching and someone answering the phone.
