2. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Use of the website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

• Interfere with or disrupt the site or its underlying infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site.
• Scrape, copy or redistribute content without permission.
• Transmit harmful code, spam or abusive content.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the site for any misuse.

3. Services and contracts

somecode designs and builds two bespoke products: The Website, a bespoke five-page marketing site delivered in 10 working days for a fixed AED 10,000 (or AED 4,999 for the first three founding clients), and The System, a three-phase bespoke build — public site, operations layer and client login — delivered in 10 working days for a fixed AED 50,000 plus a required AED 8,750 monthly service plan that begins the month after handover. The information on this website is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer. Each project is governed by a separate proposal, statement of work or contract that sets out scope, timeline, fees and deliverables.

4. Intellectual property

The content of this website — including text, graphics, code and branding — is owned by somecode and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. For client projects, ownership of deliverables is set out in the relevant contract. Unless otherwise agreed, we retain the right to use anonymised learnings and reusable components developed during a project.

5. User submissions

When you submit information through our intake form or contact channels, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We will use that information only to respond to your enquiry and evaluate whether we can help.

6. Confidentiality

We treat information you share with us as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver our services, with your permission or as required by law.

7. Disclaimers

Our website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free or free from harmful material.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, somecode will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to services provided under a contract is limited to the amount paid by you to somecode in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless somecode and its team from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your misuse of the website or violation of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Emirate of Sharjah, where XORH VENTURES FZE LLC is licensed. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct discussion. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sharjah, UAE.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, along with the date it was last updated. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
