Kickoff call, written scope, fixed price, delivery date. Nothing starts until the list is complete and you sign.

The clock

When it starts. And when it doesn't stop.

Ten working days from kickoff. Kickoff is the day we have your content, your brand assets and access to anything we need to connect to — usually a few days after signature. We'll tell you exactly what we need on the call, in a list, before you pay anything. The clock doesn't start until that list is complete, and it doesn't stop once it has.

We build one system at a time. You get a start date, not a place in a queue. If the next slot is three weeks away we'll say so before you sign.
