Yes. Sometimes the right answer is a well-built Zap, and we'll say so. When the flow is business-critical or the failure modes matter, we build it properly and monitor it.

Which tools have you integrated with?

The usual suspects — Stripe, Xero, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Shopify, WooCommerce, Twilio, SendGrid, Mailchimp, Klaviyo. If it has an API, we can talk to it.

What if a vendor changes their API?

That's what monitoring is for. We get alerted, we fix it, and if you're on a support retainer it's covered. Without one, we still fix it — just billed against the hours.
